BREED'N BETSY NEWS
JANUARY 2009
Welcome to the New Year!! Breed'n Betsy is going from strength to strength, now successfully in operation in 10 countries around the world, with increasingly growing interest.I am currently travelling through North America and Europe on a second demonstration tour, visiting universities who really can see a fantastic benefit of this much needed, new technology. After the first tour, I realised the world was waiting for a complete, realistic training tool, able to withstand the rigours of inexperienced students. The positive feedback I have received, along with many suggestions and recommendations, has led to further design and development of accessories for Breed'n Betsy.
NEW PRODUCTS
In the last 6 months, Breed'n Betsy has had several new and improved features added to ensure she is the best, complete training aid in the world.
These features include:
- Uterine Arteries
- Rectal Wall
- Starter Cervix
- The improved, more realistic 3,4,5,6 and 7 month pregnancies.
INTRODUCING BREED'N BONNY
Over the last 10 months, an Artificial Horse, "Breed'n Bonny", has been developed and trials are proving her to be a fantastic training aid. Bonny covers all areas of equine artificial breeding, rectal palpation, follicle scanning and scanning for pregnancies from 14 to 60 days. Currently, there are a number of universities testing Breed'n Bonny and sales of this product will commence in August. Bonny will fit onto any Breed'n Betsy frame, which is a saving to you.
Other products now in the research and development stages include Artificial Calf and Foal for Obstetrics.
All limbs will move and rotate to imitate real life placement and movement, and the final weight will be realistic for a calf or foal. A stainless steel pelvis, which will attach to the Breed'n Betsy frame, will withstand the pressure of repeated deliveries.
I have also successfully trained over 200 students on my portable Betsy/Bonny in the latter half of last year, with the student's feedback indicating they really understood the "look with their fingers" concept. Breed'n Betsy has proven to have been a great investment as an excellent educational tool for all universities, agricultural colleges and artificial breeding companies who bought this product to teach students with a quicker and easier method.
If you would like more information on Breed'n Betsy and/or Breed'n Bonny, and their accessories, please don't hesitate to send me an e-mail.
All the Betsy wishes,
Brad Pickford.
