Recently I have developed "Breed'n Betsy"; a realistic training aid for artificial breeding, pregnancy testing (diagnosis) and embryo transfer in cattle. It is also able to be used for equine artificial breeding.
The unit comes with a comprehensive instruction manual, to aid in the successful delivery of practical outcomes.
After working in the artificial breeding industry for the last 15 years, I realized there was a need for a training device which allowed people to practice and perfect their technique, without impacting on live animal welfare. Breed'n Betsy reduces 50% of the live stock necessary throughout the student training period. This significantly reduces your initial stock costs and ongoing feed and maintenance requirements.
During September 2007, I visited Veterinary Universities, Bovine and Equine Artificial Breeding Centres and Embryo Transplanting Centres, in the United Kingdom and Wyoming, USA. Breed'n Betsy was extremely well received by these organisations and is now being marketed in 40 countries throughout the world.
Over the next 12 months, I will be traveling overseas to demonstrate the functions and benefits of Breed'n Betsy to Veterinary Universities, Agricultural Colleges and Artificial Breeding Companies.
